When life feels overwhelming, you don’t need the perfect words.
Life — and the things we go through, whether past or present — can wear us down.
It can affect our confidence, our sense of self, our relationships, and how we move through the world.
Sometimes we’re existing rather than living, trying to hold everything together while feeling unsure where to start or how to explain what’s happening inside.
You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own.
And you might not have the words for it yet — most people don’t.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need a clear story or a neat explanation.
Together, we’ll figure it out.
Because it’s through understanding ourselves that we begin to heal, rebuild confidence, and develop the resilience to cope and live happier, more connected lives.
Services

Individual Therapy
I offer one to one therapy for adults who want a safe, confidential space to explore what’s happening in their lives. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed, therapy can help you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect
Therapy can help you make sense of what’s happening, manage stress or anxiety, work through difficult experiences, and find healthier ways forward.
Relationship Therapy
I offer a supportive space for couples who want to improve communication, strengthen connection, or work through challenges together. Relationship Therapy can help you understand patterns, rebuild trust, and create healthier ways of relating.
Support for couples, relationships pairs - parent/child, siblings, friendships, or business partners who want to improve communication and connection.
Adolescent Therapy
A supportive space for teens navigating emotions, friendships, confidence, identity, school pressure, or family changes. Therapy offers a space to talk, understand, and build coping skills.
Adolescence is a time of huge change – emotionally, socially, academically, and within family life. Teens often feel pressure to “have it all figured out”, even when things feel confusing, overwhelming, or too much.
Child Therapy
Play-based and creative approaches help children express feelings and understand emotions in a gentle, age-appropriate way.

Through play, art, and story telling, children can make sense of experiences that may be difficult to put into words. Sessions focus on helping children build emotional tools, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy ways to manage big feelings.
